How can I cash out my Chaturbate tokens?

Chaturbate tokens can be paid out in several ways. You can receive payouts via:

1. Payoneer (no longer possible)

2. Paxum

3. CosmoPayment

For Dutch webcam models, we recommend creating a Payoneer eWallet such as Paxum or ePayService. This significantly speeds up the payment process and keeps transaction fees low. Checks are not recommended. Because we rarely use them, the fees are very high, and it takes a long time to receive your money. ( When will I receive tokens? )

Please note that there is a minimum amount required to receive a payout; most methods start at a minimum of $50.00. If you don't earn the required minimum within a payout period, your balance will be rolled over to the next payout period until the minimum is reached.

Payment Terms on Chaturbate

Payment terms are from the (1st-15th) and (16th-31st) of each month.

Payments will be sent within 7 days after the expiration of the period:

Income payments from the 1st through the 15th of each month are sent during the first pay period of the month. Payments are sent within 7 days, so if you have a payout during this period, it will be sent on the 22nd. If you chose Paxum, you should receive your payment on the 22nd. If you chose a check, it will be sent on the 22nd. Checks arriving via USPS or FedEx may have a longer transit time.

Income payments from the 16th through the 31st of each month are sent during the second pay period of the month. Payments are sent within 7 days, so if you have a payout during this period, it will be sent no later than the 7th. Again, if you chose Paxum, you will receive your payment no later than the 7th. If you chose a check, it will be sent on the 7th.

Will check envelopes have "Chaturbate" written on them?

No, the envelopes you receive a check in from Chaturbate have “Crosstown Services LLC” printed on them.

What are Daily Payouts?

Daily Payouts is an option to receive your money daily. This is only possible after you've already received money from Chaturbate twice. Go to the Token Stats tab and request the daily Payout. It can take 1-3 days for your request to be processed. Payments are also only made Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are closed. There's a $3.95 fee for this option with each payout. If your chosen payment method has fees, you'll be responsible for those as well.

What is the minimum amount I need to receive my money?

This depends on your payment method, but most have a minimum of $50. See below for the others:

1. Daily Payouts minimum $20.00.

2. Paxum minimum $100.00

3. Check via Fedex minimum $200.00

4. WirePayments minimum $1000.00.

How much does it cost to receive my money?

• ePayService (0.6% fee, or $0.06 for every $10.00)

• Direct Deposit (No Fees, US Only)

• Check via Fed Ex ($40.00 fee in the US, $80.00 International)

• Bank transfer ($45.00 fee)

When will I receive my payment?

All payments are shipped within 7 business days. You'll also receive a notification when a payment reaches your account. The receipt times are as follows:

Daily Payout: 1-3 days after processing. Processing only takes place between 1:00 AM MST, Monday through Friday.

Direct Deposit: 2-7 business days.

Check: 2-7 business days within the United States. 7-10 business days for Canada. 2-6 weeks internationally.

Paxum, CosmoPayment, ePayments, or Bitcoin: These payments are sent within 7 days of the end of the payment period. You'll receive your money on the same day of payment.

How do I change my payment information?

You can't directly change your payment information. You'll need to contact Chaturbate through Customer Support. Send them a message with the following information: Change payments via check:

1. Name.

2. Address.

3. City.

4. (Stands).

5. Postal code.

6. Country.

Changes to Direct Deposit payments:

1. Name of the bank.

2. Account type (savings or giro).

3. Account number.

4. Routing number.

Changes to payments for Paxum:

1. Your account username.

2. Time and date (month/day/year)

Change information Bank transfer:

1. Name of the account holder at the bank.

2. Bank name.

3. Bank address.

4. City of the bank.

5. Bank ZIP code.

6. Bank land.

7. Account number.

8. SWIFT/BIC code.

Why haven't I received my payment?

There may be several reasons why you have not received your money:

• The payout could not be processed because you did not reach the minimum amount, did not convert your tokens, or converted tokens were rolled over to the next payment period. Converted tokens do not expire and can be rolled over to the next payment period.

• USPS cannot deliver the check to the address provided. The check will then be returned to Chaturbate, after which you will receive an email with a new address.
